-Renewal Restoration is an established water and reconstruction Restoration company, that also does pack-outs. We started in Arizona 2018 and opening a second location here in Dallas and surrounding cities.
We are looking for an Independent Experienced Mitigation Technician with a
Valid drivers License, Pass drug test, and background check.
Certification is not required, but experience is a must.
We work with mitigate- moisture mapping and uploading pictures.
Great Customer service is required.
Working both in residential and commercial property.
- Emergency water extraction, demo, and structural drying
- Set and monitor drying equipment; take daily moisture reading until dry standards is met
- Document every job in the mitigate app-- photos, readings, scope, and daily logs.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers. As well as office staff.
- Maintain equipment and keep truck stocked and job ready.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and respond to after hour emergency calls
- Reliable, on-time, and take pride in yourself in doing a job well done and complete.
