The Capex Projects Engineer will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success.

• Plan, schedule and execute engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring on‑time and cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Review and interpret engineering designs, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and solutions to address project challenges.
• Conduct engineering calculations, simulations and analyses as required.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design.
• Prepare and present detailed project updates, reports and financial summaries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs while maintaining alignment with stakeholders.

• BSc in Engineering.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of project‑management experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of project‑management methodologies.
• Preferably experience in FMCG.
• Preferably PMP certification or other relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in FMCG production.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced user of MS Office and familiarity with MS Projects, technical drawings and Auto Cad.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
