Continental Confectionery Company in Çorlu, Turkey, seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist/Engineer for its Project & Maintenance team. You will plan and execute maintenance on process equipment, implement preventive programs, perform RCA analyses, and drive MTBF/MTTR improvements.
The role requires a mechanical/Mechatronics background, 3–5 years FMCG/food experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
