We are looking for an 'HSE Executive' to enhance our company's expanding HSE performance and sustainability reporting
, ensuring that all processes are executed in line with international occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations."
What will be your key deliverables?
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems,
- Develop HSE policies, procedures, and instructions, and provide training to employees,
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements,
- Conduct and maintain risk assessment studies,
- Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and plan preventive actions,
- Conduct root cause analyses of occupational accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and prepare reports,
- Organize HSE training sessions and identify training needs,
- Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and monitor their proper use,
- Prepare emergency response plans and organize fire and emergency drills,
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits and ensure readiness,
- Manage processes related to ministry inspections, customer audits, and official controls,
- Collaborate with production and other departments to enhance safety culture,
- Coordinate HSE activities with subcontractors and service providers,
- Prepare HSE reports and present them regularly to management.
What do you need for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields,
- Certified Class B Occupational Health and Safety Specialist,
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field,
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation,
- Preferably experienced in the related sectors,
- Familiar with management systems such as ISO 45001 & ISO 14001,
- Experience in social compliance / ethical audits such as SEDEX, BSCI (preferred),
- Proficiency in English (preferred),
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Strong communication skills with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
