LHH is looking for an Office and Client Services Manager for a direct hire job opportunity in Cornelius, NC! The ideal candidate has experience within a financial services environment and is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive experience.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain a structured calendar to support client interactions.
  • Handle administrative functions such as billing, account updates, and document organization.
  • Manage client distributions, including recurring payments and regulatory requirements, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with compliance‑related documentation and support regulatory processes.
  • Use internal systems to manage client data, reporting, and billing workflows.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to leadership, especially around technology and operational tasks.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to the advisory team.
  • Lead service delivery efforts, ensuring clients receive proactive and personalized support.
  • Enhance client engagement processes and uphold high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service models and support strategic goals.
  • Monitor compliance, manage expenses, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management or advisory settings, is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM and portfolio management platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain a Series 65 license if not already certified.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to assist others in using digital tools effectively.
