LHH is looking for an Office and Client Services Manager for a direct hire job opportunity in Cornelius, NC! The ideal candidate has experience within a financial services environment and is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive experience.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain a structured calendar to support client interactions.
- Handle administrative functions such as billing, account updates, and document organization.
- Manage client distributions, including recurring payments and regulatory requirements, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with compliance‑related documentation and support regulatory processes.
- Use internal systems to manage client data, reporting, and billing workflows.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to leadership, especially around technology and operational tasks.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the advisory team.
- Lead service delivery efforts, ensuring clients receive proactive and personalized support.
- Enhance client engagement processes and uphold high standards of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service models and support strategic goals.
- Monitor compliance, manage expenses, and track performance metrics.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management or advisory settings, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM and portfolio management platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain a Series 65 license if not already certified.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and able to assist others in using digital tools effectively.
