Spa Coordinator

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Flow Head Spa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, managing social media, catering to clients' needs, handling laundry, and managing client check‑ins and check‑outs.

• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Must be social media savvy and able to manage social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content, responding to messages promptly, and actively interacting with followers to grow and maintain a strong online presence
• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
• Cater to clients' needs by providing refreshments, robes, slippers and any additional requests
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens, towels and robes
• Assist head spa therapists with any needs
• Manage client check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
