Modern Nissan is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy, growing service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and earning based on performance.

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Listen to customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
• Write detailed repair orders and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure repairs are completed properly and efficiently
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI
• Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities when appropriate
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes and standards
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing repairs, maintenance, and pricing with customers
• Strong work ethic and desire to earn
• Ability to work well with technicians, managers, and other dealership employees
