• Lead Teacher
  : create and manage a classroom that promotes preschool readiness, emotional intelligence, and social skill development; mentor assistant teachers and collaborate with families.

• Develop and implement lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and individualized instruction
• Lead circle time, group activities, learning centers, and classroom transitions
• Foster early academic skills including pre-literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and language development
• Use observation and assessment tools to track progress and adjust instruction

• Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment aligned with NAEYC standards
• Supervise and guide Assistant Teachers and Aides, modeling effective teaching strategies and routines
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Implement positive behavior guidance and social–emotional learning strategies

• Maintain open communication with families through daily updates, progress reports, and conferences
• Support and attend family engagement events, parent education sessions, and school celebrations
• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to ensure alignment with school goals and licensing standards

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required or in progress)
• Minimum 1–2 years of classroom experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center
• Proven ability to lead classroom activities and routines with confidence
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning domains, and early intervention best practices
• Effective communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• A love for young children and a commitment to their growth and well‑being

• Familiarity with curriculum models such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori is preferred; our proprietary curriculum incorporates elements from both
• Knowledge of state child care licensing regulations and quality standards
• Background in inclusive education, sensory integration, or differentiated instruction is a plus
