In this role, you will safely transport children to and from designated locations while also providing classroom coverage and instructional support throughout the school day. You’ll assist teachers during transitions, breaks, and planning times, helping maintain consistency and high‑quality care across classrooms.

• Safely transport children following assigned routes and schedules
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, organized bus
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with school staff and families as needed

• Provide classroom support across various age groups as needed
• Assist with daily routines including transitions, meals, rest time, and play
• Engage children in age‑appropriate activities that support learning and development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Use positive guidance strategies to support social‑emotional growth
• Collaborate with teaching teams and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience working with young children in a preschool, child care, or educational setting (preferred)
• Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Patient, dependable, and flexible team player
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to adapt to different classrooms and age groups
• High school diploma or GED required
• Coursework or credentials in early childhood education (preferred but not required)
