Telemetry on the 5th Floor. The role supports patients with activities of daily living, vital sign checks, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
You will help with documentation, unit safety instructions, and basic clerical tasks while maintaining clean patient areas and reporting any changes to the care team. The schedule is 7a-7p, four hours per week, PRN days.
