Sailor Summer Bartender Position

Hello, Sailor is currently hiring Bartenders (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Bartender capable of delivering fast, friendly, and professional service in our busy waterfront bar. Our guests expect high-quality cocktails delivered quickly, especially during peak seasonal rushes. This role requires strong multitasking, hospitality, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Efficiently craft cocktails, pour beer/wine, and operate the bar with speed and consistency
• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, engaging personality
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, inventory, and prep
• Process orders through POS quickly and accurately
• Adhere to ABC laws, , and responsible alcohol service practices
• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
• Support servers and bar staff during high-volume periods

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume or tourist-driven environment
• Strong mixology knowledge and ability to execute drinks quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability and commitment for the entire March–October season
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
