Overview
Liftavator Accessibility Solutions is hiring a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Elevator Installation Mechanic Apprentice. This hands-on role offers training from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful accessibility projects.
Responsibilities- Assist with elevator installations
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building codes
- Support site prep, equipment setup, and safety procedures
- Learn technical skills alongside licensed mechanics
- Maintain professional communication on job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude (construction experience a plus)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
