Job Summary
We have openings for both part-time and on-call (between hours of 830-5 / Mon - Fri). Your primary day to day responsibility is to work with the Sr. Technician to provide maintenance services to home/properties. To be successful you must be handy, capable of using technology (go pro camera and cell phone), and posses equivalent field experience to provide high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.
Responsibilities
- Work closely at the direction of the Sr. Technician to service the home/property.
- Primary
Duties include:
pressure washing flat surfaces, cleaning gutters (from the ground) using a high powered vacuum, cleaning windows using telescopic pole with revers osmosis de-ionized water, and more. - You will not amend or repair the home/owner's property.

Qualifications
- You're handy and have been working in a maintenance or equivalent environment.
- You have strong time management skills demonstrating the ability to get work done quickly within a defined timeframe.
- You're great with people, customer focussed, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
- High School Diploma or GED
