Join our team as a Foreman
! In this crucial role, you’ll help us deliver great results on projects by repairing and stabilizing foundations with quality workmanship. As a key member of our team, you'll work alongside fellow technicians to execute foundation repair projects efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Develop work schedules and monitor crew attendance and productivity.
• Assign responsibilities and oversee daily crew operations.
• Supervise, train, and support crew members.
• Ensure crews have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to complete jobs.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee the proper use of machinery and equipment.
• Address job site challenges and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate project progress and updates to the Production Manager.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills in interior framing and structural repairs.
• Knowledge of foundation repair, interior framing, structural repairs, equipment operation, and OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform hands-on work in a construction environment.
• Ability to relocate/commute to Charlotte, NC.
• Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by Company.
