The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing key aspects of the accounting cycle, with a focus on fixed assets, depreciation schedules, month‑end processes, and journal entries. This role requires advanced Excel skills and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and provide valuable insights to management through accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain and manage fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation calculations
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting
• Analyze and review financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to compile, analyze, and present data
• Collaborate with finance leadership and operational teams to support business decisions and process improvements

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
