Sales Consultant – Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer
Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest, Every Time. Average annual salary is $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period: no less than 40 hours per year for the first year, 80 hours the following years. Minimum paid sick leave is provided under applicable state law.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and additional online or computer‑based training throughout employment.
