What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining facility infrastructure and production equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine inspections of facility systems and equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and equipment-related issues
• Repairing and maintaining motors, lighting systems, fans, water lines, and related building systems
• Performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Replacing defective parts and restoring equipment to safe operating condition
• Supporting equipment reliability initiatives to improve uptime and performance
• Responding to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests
• Coordinating specialized repairs and services with outside contractors when necessary
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and PM schedules
• Utilizing hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and maintenance best practices
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Partnering with production and operations teams to support facility and equipment needs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Building facilities maintenance experience
• Proficiency using hand and power tools
• Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality record
• Ability to diagnose problems, think critically, and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional electrical aptitude or industrial electrical experience
• Experience working on engines, industrial equipment, machinery, or mechanical systems
• Previous manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience
