Become the Lead Store Manager at a Spirit Halloween consignment store, driving sales and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role encompasses managing inventory and ensuring operational success.
As the Lead Store Manager, your role includes overseeing the entire operation of the store. You will manage all aspects of the store, including controlling expenses and guest services. • Direct total store operations for maximum sales
• Manage merchandise and inventory control effectively

Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Retail management experience required
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
• Capacity for 8+ hours standing and lifting 50 pounds
• Comfort with climbing ladders and setting fixtures
