Reporting to the General Manager, and working alongside the current Sales Manager you will play an integral role in driving sales performance and developing a high-performing team of Product Advisors and Business Managers.

You will lead by example, coach and motivate your team, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an opportunity for an automotive sales professional who is passionate about leadership, enjoys developing people, and is motivated by achieving results.

• Lead, coach, and develop sales personnel to achieve department objectives.
• Establish and monitor sales goals and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute monthly sales and promotional strategies.
• Implement sales incentive programs to drive performance and engagement.
• Provide guidance on sales presentations, negotiations, and customer concerns.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Work closely with Finance, Service, and other departments to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management and sales planning.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and motivated team environment.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the sales department.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Automotive, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive sales management is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's licence and a satisfactory current driver's abstract.
