• Lead and coach sales personnel to meet objectives

• Establish and monitor sales goals and strategies

• Develop monthly promotional sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or Automotive

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

• Automotive sales management experience preferred
