Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage warranty claim processes

• Collaborate with the Warranty Team for effective resolutions

• Ensure timely submission of warranty documentation

• Conduct order entries and maintain accurate records

• Provide prompt follow-up on customer inquiries

Requirements:

• HVAC knowledge and Inside Sales experience preferred

• Administrative support experience is a plus

• Intermediate computer skills, high accuracy in data entry

• Strong organizational and communication skills
