You will manage a portfolio of about 100 customer accounts, ensuring clients derive meaningful value from the product. Your proactive approach involves understanding customer goals and challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes. Utilize customer data insights to identify risks and opportunities for growth while engaging clients through targeted initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of 100 customer accounts
• Develop strong relationships with senior-level contacts
• Drive adoption and success through tailored plans
• Proactively engage to understand customer objectives
• Monitor metrics to prevent churn and uncover growth
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer success or account-facing roles
• Strong relationship-building skills in diverse environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven analytical skills for actionable strategies
• Experience with CRM systems such as Tableau
