We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Corner Brook. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, helping coordinate service calls, manage appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure homeowners receive a positive experience from start to finish.

You will work closely with technicians, installers, and internal operations teams to coordinate daily activities and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Schedule and coordinate heat pump installations, maintenance appointments, and service calls.

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, and technician arrival times.

• Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and appointment details in company software.

• Coordinate with technicians and field teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.

• Follow up with customers after installations and service visits to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist with resolving customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Track outstanding service requests and ensure issues are followed through to completion.

• Support general administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Help maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, dispatch, or scheduling is an asset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and customer management software.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Experience in HVAC, heating and cooling, home services, or construction is considered an asset, but is not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
