St. Mary’s Catholic School is looking for a mission-driven Director of Admissions. This vital role requires someone skilled in relationship management, communication, and event planning to guide prospective families through the admissions process efficiently. The Director will develop annual enrollment strategies, maintain the admissions database, and serve as the primary contact for inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the school through outreach and events

• Manage admissions from inquiry to enrollment

• Prepare admission materials with parent committee

• Maintain accurate student/family databases

• Develop marketing strategies to attract families

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred

• 3-5 years in admissions or marketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and student information systems

• Practicing Catholic preferred
