St. Mary’s Catholic School is on the lookout for a knowledgeable Admissions Director. You will drive student enrollment through proactive communication, manage the admissions process, and even represent the school at community events. Building strong relationships with families is essential, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new students. Your efforts will focus on ensuring families feel connected and informed throughout St.

Mary’s mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage family relationships throughout the admissions journey

• Execute outreach and community events

• Maintain recruitment and admissions material

• Develop marketing strategies for potential families

• Monitor and report on enrollment trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred

• 3-5 years in admissions or equivalent experience

• Excellent organization and project management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis

• Practicing Catholic aligned with our mission
