Position: Developmental Support in Community Care
Become a Developmental Support Worker with Momentum and empower adults with disabilities! This role integrates community support with activities that enhance independence and well-being.

At Momentum Developmental Support, you'll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to the care of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your focus will be on promoting safe, healthy lifestyles through engaging and fun programs tailored to individual needs. No two days will be the same as you make a difference in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in achieving personal independence goals

• Organize recreational activities and learning experiences

• Support clients in managing day-to-day finances

• Foster a healthy lifestyle through engagement

• Customize programs to fit diverse client needs

Requirements:

• High school Diploma required; relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Experience with similar populations considered an asset

• Valid driver’s license and necessary medical documentation

• Certified in emergency first aid AED/CPR Level C

• Complete vulnerable sector check for safety
