As part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities and providing companionship for their well-being. Effectively communicate changes in resident care while maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily tasks

• Engage and form trusted relationships with residents and families

• Document and report care completion using electronic records

• Provide ambulatory assistance and nutritional support

• Collaborate continuously with the care team

Requirements:

• Certification from an accredited Personal Support Worker program

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Understanding of the physical and emotional demands of the role

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Willingness to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
