Position: Join BHFN as Community Health Advocate
Embrace a role as a Community Health Representative with Brunswick House First Nation to support health initiatives and community wellness. Engage actively with community leaders.

This position is integral to health program delivery, working closely with the Community Health Nurse and other health professionals. You'll facilitate essential health clinics, conduct home visits, and handle medical transport coordination. Encouraging community input will enhance the effectiveness of health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering wellness services

• Coordinate medical transportation to enhance access

• Develop materials for community health workshops

• Maintain accurate client statistics and reports

• Update health information systems with client data

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 with relevant health education

• Ability to model healthy lifestyle choices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
