Maintenance Supervisor at Kruger

As the Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, your role involves supervising mechanical trades and executing daily maintenance tasks. You will coach your team while ensuring overall equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance activities. This position requires effective problem-solving, documentation skills, and the ability to lead teams toward achieving performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience

• Pulp and Paper industry experience preferred

• Background in Preventative and Predictive Maintenance

• Strong leadership and communication skills
