As part of the P3 Building Technologies & Solutions team, the Facility Maintenance Technician will respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform essential repairs. This role focuses on teamwork, safety compliance, and effective customer service in a healthcare setting. Candidates must be adaptable, cooperative, and dedicated to maintaining high standards in facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective facility maintenance

• Handle exterior and architectural maintenance tasks

• Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Collaborate with subcontractors on repair and maintenance tasks

• Participate in hospital codes and facility projects

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of facility maintenance experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid Driver's License and proof of vaccination required

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and on call
