Structural steel plant. Platework fabrication plant. Sheet metal fabrication shop. Metal products manufacturing company.
- Transport items throughout plant using powered equipment.
- Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually.
- Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials.
- Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas.
- Load and unload vehicle.
- Read and interpret work orders.
Valid driver's licence. Own transportation.
Work conditions and physical capabilitiesRepetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads.
Weight handling:
Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Steel-toed safety boots.
