Become the Lead Communications professional for the Social Issues Commission at Queen's University. This volunteer role involves overseeing social media and promoting artistic contributions.
Alma Mater Society is looking for a motivated Communications Lead for its Collective Reflections publication. In this position, you will facilitate dialogue on equity and engagement among students, manage various social media platforms, and design promotional content. You'll collaborate with the SIC Marketing Deputy and ensure timely communications regarding events and submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiarize and implement publication mandates
• Manage social media accounts for outreach
• Collaborate on website design with SIC Deputy
• Create and distribute promotional materials
• Participate fully in all training and meetings
Requirements:
• Solid planning and executive skills
• Knowledge of Wordpress can be beneficial
• Adherence to company policies and ethical standards
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors
• Foster a respectful and warm environment
