Registered Practical Nurse UHN Reactivation Care

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with industry standards while mentoring students and new staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate nursing care for patients

• Implement patient and family care based on team input

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning forums

• Mentor RPN students and new staff

• Engage in professional development and initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Recent related clinical experience preferred

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development
