Join Indigenous Services Canada as a Junior Evaluation Analyst student. This full-time opportunity from September to December 2026 provides a platform to learn evaluation skills while supporting Indigenous services.
In this role, you will analyze program effectiveness through various evaluation tasks while working from diverse locations. Ideal candidates will exhibit a keen interest in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as an understanding of Indigenous priorities. Your work will help enhance essential services for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop evaluation scopes and data collection tools
• Conduct thorough document and literature reviews
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Gather insights through interviews and group discussions
• Draft comprehensive evaluation findings and recommendations
Requirements:
• Passion for evaluation and research methodologies
• Understanding of Indigenous community engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
