Key Responsibilities:

• Support children and youth in residential care

• Foster effective relationships using trauma-informed practices

• Implement decision-making and problem-solving strategies

• Participate in training to enhance care techniques

• Promote a positive and stable home atmosphere

Requirements:

• Certification or degree in Child and Youth Care preferred

• Experience with trauma-affected children considered an asset

• Valid driver's license and Record of Conduct

• First Aid Certificate and CSSD Record Check required

• Willingness to handle complex needs in youth
