Dock Worker- Day Shifts

Dock Worker / Forklift Operator
Location: Corner Brook
Pay: $19.50/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, plus two additional 8-hour weekday shifts (to be determined)
Hours: 24–40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAPIntegrated Staffing is currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker / Forklift Operator for our transportation and logistics client in Corner Brook, NL. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role supporting daily inbound and outbound freight operations in a fast-paced dock environment. What You'll Do

Load, unload, and move freight weighing up to 75 lbs.

Operate a forklift in a busy, fast-paced dock environment.

Receive, sort, and ship freight accurately.

Organize freight for city and line-haul trailers.

Handle freight carefully to prevent damage.

Follow all safety procedures, including TDG, WHMIS, and site policies.

Complete basic shipment paperwork and related administrative tasks.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

Ability to repeatedly lift and move freight weighing up to 75 lbs.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse and dock environment.

Previous warehouse, dock, or transportation experience is preferred.

Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation is required, as the work site is not accessible by public transit.

CSA-approved steel-toe work boots and a high-visibility reflective vest are required.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and WHMIS training are considered assets but can be provided prior to starting.

Requirements Prior to Placement
The successful candidate must provide:

A clear Criminal Record Check.

Confirmation they are legally authorized to work in Canada for a minimum of one year before their first day of work.
