Description
This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, contributing to the well-being of our community within a reputable medical practice.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Current medical license to practice in the state
- Experience in Family Medicine or related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Proficient in EMR/EHR systems is a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30a-5:30p
No call or weekends required
Daily Volume: 14-16 patients
Patient Population:
Adults
Duties:
Provide primary care, including the evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions
Case Types:
Chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders.
Support Staff:
Medical assistants
EMR:
Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
