Your Role:
Making an Impact in Cornwall

Reporting to the leadership team, you will manage projects from inception to completion. You will work across a variety of sectors, ensuring that your commercial expertise remains sharp while enjoying the coastal lifestyle that only Cornwall can offer.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Managing the commercial aspects of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education, and Government projects.

  • Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with local developers and public sector bodies.

  • Strategic Support: Assisting with cost planning, tender documentation, and contract administration.

  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment where staff retention and career progression are top priorities.

  • Requirements Quantity Surveyor Jobs - Cornwall Consultancy
    • Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or an RICS-accredited equivalent.

    • Experience: 3–5 years in a PQS or Consultancy environment.

    • Status: Chartered (MRICS) status is highly desirable; we are equally keen to hear from candidates currently working toward their APC.

    • Project History: Proven track record in building sectors such as Residential, Education, or Healthcare.

    • Ambition: A genuine desire to build a long-term career and life in the Cornwall area.
