Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Managing and coordinating a team of site engineers, supervisors, and operatives
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
Implementing and monitoring project plans according to NEC Option A contracts
Managing temporary works with Temporary Works experience
Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports for senior management
Addressing any technical issues that arise during construction
Job Requirements:
Strong experience in rail and heavy civils projects
Proficiency in managing NEC Option A contracts
NVQ Level 6 qualification
Rail industry certifications, including PTS and CSCS
Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
Excellent technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
Ability to commute to Cornwall, or be based locally
Capability to work within the IR35 framework
