Solum Assets Ltd is seeking a freelance Project Manager for civil engineering and commercial groundworks packages in and around Devon and Cornwall. You will oversee site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, planners and client expectations on multi million pound schemes.
Requirements include SMSTS and CSCS cards; a strong background in commercial groundwork and civil engineering; EL1 security clearance ideal but not essential.
