A leading manufacturing business based in Cornwall is enjoying an impressive period of growth and is looking to strengthen its engineering department with the appointment of an experienced Senior Product Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will play a key role in delivering products across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to launch.

The Role:

As Senior Product Engineer, you will take ownership of product development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading product development projects from concept, design, validation, and testing through to production launch

* Translating customer and business requirements into robust engineering solutions

* Coordinating technical work streams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain

* Supporting design verification and validation activities

* Driving cost optimisation, continuous improvement, and design for manufacture

* Ensuring compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards

* Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers where required

About You:

* Proven experience in a Senior Product Engineer or similar role

* Demonstrated ability to lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch

* Background within a manufacturing or regulated engineering environment

* Confident working in cross-functional, project-based teams

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
