Arcus Facilities Management is offering a Level 3 Apprentice position in refrigeration, based in Cornwall or Devon. You will work under a mentor and with a team of engineers in reactive and planned maintenance, with the goal of qualifying as a full engineer.
The apprenticeship runs for 36 to 48 months, combining practical on-the-job training with regular block release to regional colleges. You will gain hands-on experience, safety training and a clear progression route into engineering roles.
