Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Surveyor to support and assist engineers on-site, conducting survey work, take-offs, and liaising with clients. This role plays a key part in the design, planning, and technical assessment of heating and renewable energy installations, ensuring high-quality and compliant installations across social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Air Source Heat Pump heating surveys, including kit lists, design, drawings, property details, and client & internal rate schedules.
- Work closely with clients and residents to ensure heating system designs meet their specific needs.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and assess variations and additional work requirements during surveys.
- Survey and design for renewable energy and alternative heating systems.
