The consultant contributes to clinical leadership within the team but is medically responsible only for individuals they have contact with. The post is supported by a 1.0 WTE Specialty Doctor and 1.0 WTE Resident Doctor who work with the team consultants. Trainees are primarily community-based but will also have on-call duty commitments to inpatient services. The consultant will share Clinical Supervisor duties for the trainee.
