North Cornwall Community Nurse Team, part of the NHS, is seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join the North Cornwall team. The role covers Wadebridge, Tintagel and surrounding GP practices, delivering home-based care in a busy community setting.
After induction, you will assess and plan care, support patients and carers, and work with the Team Leader to deliver evidence-based nursing in line with policies.
