Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Parkinson’s team in the community across Cornwall. You will help deliver a specialist nursing service to people with Parkinson’s disease and support service improvement initiatives.
Travel across the county is essential, and you will work with the NHS and voluntary sectors to promote communication and collaborative care for patients and carers.
