Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist for the Homefirst team in Cornwall. The role includes assessment, reablement and rehabilitation for adults in the home, developing care plans and supporting independence.
Applicants may be newly qualified or re-entering practice. Structured supervision and CPD opportunities are provided; 37.5 hours per week with opening for students due to qualify in 2026.
