to join their collaborative and supportive team, bringing their mission to life in the field whilst supporting your career growth. You will be covering Devon & Cornwall.

• Building strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory in the acute and community settings.
• Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored clinical solutions.
• Providing expert product knowledge and delivering engaging training to clinicians, ensuring confidence and best practice, achieving better patient outcomes.
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic plans and exceed targets.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously developing your clinical and commercial expertise whilst influencing decision-making.

• Proven success in a medical device sales role within the NHS.

OR

• Worked clinically as a district or tissue viability nurse or podiatrist with a good understanding of compression.
• A natural communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic territory.
• Full valid driving licence.
• Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
