We Are With You is seeking a People Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves shaping and leading the people and inclusion agenda across Cornwall, working closely with regional management teams.
A successful candidate will ideally have CIPD membership and a strong HR background with at least 5-7 years in a senior role.
