Location: St Blazey
Imerys is seeking a People & Employee Relations Advisor for their operational sites in the UK. This role involves managing Employee Relations cases and providing operational HR support in a unionised environment. Candidates should have a CIPD qualification and significant experience in HR processes within industrial contexts.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while improving HR processes. The position comes with a salary range of £32,000–£36,000 and several benefits, including a pension plan and private medical insurance.
